Camp Woodland 2009 (begins June 22)
Sign your child up for a day camp in the beautiful setting of Woodland Montessori School which is nestled in the Bay Creek neighborhood near Franklin school. Woodland provides an enriching camp experience for children ages 3 to 7 years old. Each session has a different theme that the children explore through materials, activities, and special guests. Every session includes weekly swimming lessons for children 4 years of age or older and baking and cooking classes. Every session also includes dance and yoga classes in the all day sessions. Different daily schedules are available, including half days.

Session 1: ART
• Baking on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday ALL SUMMER
• Swim lessons on Fridays at Goodman pool for 4-7 year olds
• Friday is Water Day for the three year olds
• Friday July 4 School Closed

Session 2: NATURE
• The Aldo Leopold Center will be coming each week with different presentations and lessons on Nature
• Swim lessons on Fridays for 4-7 year olds at Goodman Pool
• Water day on Fridays for 3 year olds |

Session 3: CULTURE
Week one:
• Abu the African Drummer
• Swimming and Water day on Friday
Week two:
• Nicole Hockings: Ojibwa Storyteller/performer
• Swimming and water day on Friday
Week three-
• April Sopkin: A Day in India
• Swimming and water day on Friday
