Term: Toddler Montessori Lead teaching positions are 12-month positions.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:  The Lead Montessori Teacher is responsible for preparing the environment, ensuring an AMS Montessori classroom, working with parents, facilitating communication with other staff on the team, and addressing the needs of individual children.

Toddler House Float Teacher

POSITION DESCRIPTION:  The Toddler House Float Teacher is responsible for covering the scheduled or emergency absences of the WMS Toddler House staff pool and occasionally our Preschool staff. This includes, but is not limited to, carrying out Montessori philosophy, supervising children, communicating with parents, and providing a healthy and safe environment for children when covering a shift at the Toddler House (ages 16 months - 3.5 years old) and occasionally the Preschool (3 years old - 6 years old).

POSITION DESCRIPTION:  The Late Day Preschool Teacher is responsible for preparing specific materials for the a program of children, ensuring the classroom compliments and supports Montessori philosophy, communicating regularly with the teaching team, planning a schedule supportive of the children, partnering with families, and addressing the needs of individual children.
