POSITION PURPOSE

The Toddler House Float Teacher is responsible for covering the scheduled or emergency absences of the WMS Toddler House staff pool and occasionally our Preschool staff. This includes, but is not limited to, carrying out Montessori philosophy, supervising children, communicating with parents, and providing a healthy and safe environment for children when covering a shift at the Toddler House (ages 16 months - 3.5 years old) and occasionally the Preschool (3 years old - 6 years old).
