Enrollment
To enroll your child in a Montessori program at Woodland Montessori School, please follow the steps outlined below.
 
Prospective parents are encouraged to contact Woodland at any time for more information or to answer questions about the enrollment process. We're looking forward to meeting you!

Take a Tour
 

The Head of School gives tours of the school at 9:30am on school days.  Other times can be accommodated upon request. During the tour you will hear about scheduling, tuition rates, enrichment programs, and the Montessori philosophy. You'll walk through and briefly observe in all six classrooms and have time to ask all your questions.  To schedule a tour, email the Registrar with your request and available mornings.

Join the waitlist

 

Turn in a completed application accompanied with a $100 application fee*. Our waitlist is organized on a first-come-first-serve basis with staff children and siblings of current or alumnae children given priority.

If you'd like to be added to the waitlist before taking a tour, please drop off your application with an application fee and we can schedule a tour for a future time.

Accept a spot

 

New student enrollment typically occurs in September. We begin offering spots for the following fall as early as February and the enrollment process continues into the summer. After your child is offered a spot, enrollment is confirmed by submitting a form with their chosen schedule/program and a $500 deposit. After a spot is accepted, Woodland will schedule a time for families to attend orientation and complete all needed documentation.

* This fee is waived if a family receives any kind of funding or supplemental income. Application fees have been waived for WIC recipients, Badger Care families, WI Shares families, as well as CCTAP and other income assistance programs.  We don’t want that fee to ever be a barrier to a family getting on our waitlist, so if your experience is that $100 is an obstacle, please contact our office about waiving the fee.
